Arrive 10 minutes early for vest fitting and safety briefing. Sessions start on the hour — please be on time. Minimum 2 players per session; ideal group size is 6 to 10.

Players aged 7 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Grip socks are required on trampolines and inside the arena. No outside food or drinks permitted. Sessions begin promptly at the booked time; late arrivals forfeit the missed minutes. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and expire 90 days from purchase. Refunds available up to 48 hours before the booked session. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe behaviour.
