Arrive 15 minutes early for the safety briefing and vest fitting. Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Minimum age 6 years; players under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sessions begin promptly at the booked time; late arrivals forfeit the missed minutes. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and expire 90 days from purchase. Refunds available up to 48 hours before the booked session. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe behaviour.
