Grip socks are mandatory and can be purchased at the front desk. Empty your pockets before jumping — lockers are provided. Recommended for ages 5 and up; a dedicated kids' zone is available for younger jumpers.

Players aged 7 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Grip socks are required on trampolines and inside the arena. No outside food or drinks permitted. Sessions begin promptly at the booked time; late arrivals forfeit the missed minutes. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and expire 90 days from purchase. Refunds available up to 48 hours before the booked session. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe behaviour.
